If the Trusted
Platform Module driver is not installed correctly, there will be problems
configuring BitLocker
1)
If the TPM driver shows up under System Devices there will
be a problem
2)
Right click on it and choose update driver
3)
Choose Browse my computer for driver software
4)
Click on “Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my
computer”
5)
Choose “Trusted Platform Module 1.2” and click Next, then OK
