Crashplan - Reset the admin account password

1)     Log into the Crashplan server

2)     Open an elevated command prompt

3)     Go to D:\Program Files\CrashPlan PROe Server\bin

4)     Type in reset_admin_credentials XXXX where XXXX is the first 4 characters (or more) of the master license key

reset_admin_credentials xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

5)     Wait for the script to finish

6)     Open the Crashplan admin console

7)     Log in using these credentials

a.     Username: admin

b.     Password: admin
