Clear the SharePoint Config Cache

Cleared the config cache with the below steps :

Open the Services Console
Stopped the SharePoint Timer Service and SharePoint Administration Service
Went to the below path : (Note : Program Data is an hidden folder)

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\SharePoint\Config\GUID

Deleted the XML files and edited the cache.ini file and changed the value to 1
Save the file
Open the SharePoint Management Shell as an administrator
Run the below command : (Type the command manually)

stsadm –o execadmsvcjobs

Started the SharePoint Timer Service and SharePoint Administration Service
